Madrid Highlights Diversity and Coexistence

A new gathering in Madrid united community leaders, news eu elections artists and experts in coexistence to celebrate the World Day for Cultural Diversity. The round table included Clarisa Nieva of the Bahá’í Community of Spain, a specialist from the Madrid Municipal Police Diversity Management Unit, flamenco artist Tito Losada, and Denise González. Speakers presented personal, cultural and institutional perspectives on how education can strengthen coexistence.

Throughout the gathering, participants addressed themes such as tolerance, social cohesion and the prevention of discrimination. Fundación Mejora framed the initiative with Scientology’s focus on human dignity and social betterment. Ivan Arjona, representative of the Church of Scientology to European and international institutions, noted that cultural and religious diversity is a value for society when rooted in respect for human rights.
